Beyond Borders
The Amaya Wangeshi Foundation firmly believes that compassion and aid know no borders. With this conviction, we are committed to standing with those impacted by displacement. In line with this mission, we have proudly partnered with a local movement in Nakuru, Kenya, dedicated to supporting individuals displaced by tribal conflict, offering them tangible support in their time of need.
The AWF Fund
As an organisation, we believe that our role should never be invasive but always supportive; this is the principle upon which the AWF Fund was founded. By offering mini-grants, we invest in and empower youth-led groups to drive meaningful change. We trust and respect that communities in need understand their own needs best and possess the potential to create lasting solutions from within.
AWF Leaders of Tomorrow
As the sister programme to the AWF Fund, AWF Leaders of Tomorrow focuses on the direct cultivation and development of young leaders. AWFLOT offers a supportive community where organisers can grow, collaborate, and learn from one another, all while receiving mentorship and guidance from seasoned professionals in their fields. Through this program, we aim to equip our young leaders with the tools and connections they need to amplify their impact and drive lasting change.
